The benefits of Cisco Unified Computing System for Consolidated SQL Server Workloads

Join this session to learn how Cisco’s Unified Computing System can benefit your virtualized and physically consolidated SQL Server environments. Topics that will be discussed include: an overview of Cisco Unified Computing System (UCS), UCS management, moving of physical/virtual SQL workloads with service profiles, fostering standardization of SQL implementations via service profile templates, and why converged adapters can help to consolidate SQL workloads while maintaining the needed throughput and IO flexibility on even a reduced server footprint such as that provided by blades.
